Start from the thing that's actually hurting

Choose the challenge closest to home. You'll get a straight answer and the most relevant place to start.

Strengthen your people

People promoted without management training

The move from doing the work to managing people is a different job. Practical first-time manager development closes the gap before unhelpful habits set in.

First-time manager training
Managers avoid difficult conversations

Avoided conversations are usually a skills-and-confidence problem. Frontline leadership training rehearses the real conversations until they happen early, directly and fairly.

Frontline leadership training
Leadership standards vary across the business

When every manager leads by personal instinct, customers and staff feel the lottery. A structured program creates one practical standard across teams and markets.

Leadership development programs
Training feels theoretical and changes nothing

Training fades when it is a presentation instead of practice. Sessions built from your real operation turn learning into observable behaviour change.

See how our training works
Customer service is inconsistent

Inconsistency is a standards-and-coaching problem. Practical service training defines what good looks like, then equips leaders to coach it every day.

Customer service training

Build operational capacity

Internal teams are overloaded

When good people are buried in volume, a carefully matched outsourced team can absorb the load without weakening the customer experience.

Customer service outsourcing
Recruitment is slow or expensive

Compare a global range of delivery options against the work, skills, hours and budget you actually need, with the trade-offs made clear from the start.

Explore outsourcing
Coverage needs to expand

Evenings, weekends, seasonal peaks and new languages rarely fit an existing roster. A dedicated team can extend coverage without stretching the core operation.

Build wider coverage
Sales opportunities are not followed up

Quotes, enquiries and renewals that nobody chases are revenue leaking in plain sight. A dedicated sales team makes consistent follow-up somebody's whole job.

Sales outsourcing
An existing BPO is underperforming

Sometimes it is the partner; often it is the setup. An independent review works out which, then improves the operation or manages a controlled move.

Contact centre consulting

One working model behind both divisions

Training engagements and outsourcing projects run on the same discipline: understand first, design second, then stay until it works.

A flexible model, not a fixed script: engagements don't all follow the same path, and responsibilities are agreed per project.

  1. Understand

Clarify the business challenge, the outcome you need, the operating environment, team structure, current performance and the constraints nobody mentions in the first meeting.

  2. Design

Shape the right response, whether that is a training program, an outsourced team model, or both. It gets built from what discovery actually found rather than from a catalogue.

  3. Deliver

Run practical sessions, shortlist delivery partners, support recruitment, build processes or launch the outsourced operation. The work happens inside the business, hands-on.

  4. Embed

Back the managers, trainers and operational teams until the new way of working is simply how the business runs.

  5. Improve

Review what the work changed, find the gaps honestly, and adjust the approach as the organisation grows into it.

About Oliver Catt

The founder you talk to is the operator who delivers

Oliver Catt has spent 25 years inside the operations most consultancies only chart from the outside: contact centres, customer service floors, sales teams and training rooms. He worked through frontline, management, operational and training roles on the way to running his own firm.

His first job was as an entertainer, which taught him to hold a room long before he ran one. The stagecraft stayed. The substance came later, from years of managing real teams, real targets and real customers, and it shows in how he delivers: people out of their seats working actual situations rather than sitting through a lecture with a lunch break.

That operator's instinct runs through both divisions. Leadership programs get built around the department in front of him. Outsourcing advice stays grounded in how contact centres actually run. And his test for any engagement is blunt: if nothing changes on the floor, it didn't work.
